Ingegneri Riuniti, in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, which implements Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and Council of October 23, 2019, on the protection of whistleblowers regarding violations of EU law and national regulations, has established a specific procedure. This procedure outlines the channels and operational methods for reporting unlawful conduct relevant under Legislative Decree 231/2001 or violations of the Organization, Management, and Control Model (MOG 231).

Moreover, in line with the principles of its Code of Ethics and gender equality policies, Engineers United Spa encourages anyone who becomes aware of discriminatory behavior or social exclusion (based on gender, race, culture, religion, disability, etc.), or of harassment or violence in the workplace, to report such instances, even anonymously, through the following specially designated portal.
