Vision 2000 certification

In 2001 INGEGNERI RIUNITI S.p.A. obtained its quality certification according to ISO 9001:1994 regulation, and in 2003 obtained the same certificate according to "Vision 2000" regulations.
Our company systematically pursues a quality objective, which can be summarized as the full achievement of customers' satisfaction, by reducing cycles of interventions to zero.
We pursue this aim thanks to our strong will, by offering our customers the necessary resources to achieve their goals and by creating operational and procedural references; that is how we guarantee reliable performances, credibility and transparency in our processes, permanent improvement of our system effectiveness and efficiency, and competitiveness.

Specifically, our company uses the Quality, Procedure and Instruction Manual as a tool to develop the following processes:

• systematic and periodic control of the processes carried out to achieve our prearranged goals;
• permanent training for our associates, collaborators and suppliers;
• control of our outsourcing activities;
• harmonization of our quality policy with all other department policies inside the company;
• verification of satisfaction measurement of our customers' demands, requirements and expectations, through appropriate means, for example economical and financial indicators, and through the analysis of possible contentions (non compliance reports);
• implementation of a formalized know-how, in terms of lasting corporate assets and as base element to confront experiences and improve permanently.
