QI Seminar: "New performance criteria for real estate"

The seminar of the Quotidiano Immobiliare magazine entitled "New performance criteria for real estate" scheduled for Thursday, 15th, February in Peschiera Borromeo (MI), will be held by Architect Elisabetta Ansaloni Zivieri from Ingegneri Riuniti. The panel held by Architect Zivieri will focus on "Intervening on buildings: between the city effect and the dormitory districts".

Here is some advance information about the panel: "There are buildings on which to intervene that are located in areas where 'the city effect' is already present and consolidated and buildings located in more or less suburban areas, which are often referred to as 'dormitory districts'. In the first case, it is possible to intervene directly on the single building; in the second one, it is necessary to start from the urban surroundings and to face the social, economic, cultural, security, urban and gathering problems related to the various co-owners/occupiers of a very fragmented property, which is usually characterized by very different needs/problems. In both cases, there must be appropriate laws in order to facilitate and support both strategies."
