Renovation works on the Ex Borsa Merci building in Modena

With the Town Council Resolution n. 34 dated February, 1st, 2017, the Municipality of Modena delivered a NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC TO EXPRESS ITS INTEREST IN BUILDING MIDDLE-SIZE SALE STRUCTURES IN THE MUNICIPAL AREA. This notice is addressed both to the owners of the buildings and to the economic operators that are interested in participating in the proposed intervention.

On March, 10th, 2017, INGEGNERI RIUNITI S.p.A. applied for the Tender Procedure, registered with General Protocol n. 37345, on behalf of the Owner, submitting its own "Proposal for Feasibility Study for the Renovation works with Change in the Purpose of the Building called EX BORSA MERCI".

On May, 24th, 2017, with Protocol n. 79780, the Municipality of Modena communicated to the Owner and the appointed Economic Operator that their Application for the Tender Procedure has been admitted with the Town Council Resolution n. 224 dated May, 3rd, 2017.

After the results of the Tender Procedure and the following Admission of the Application, INGEGNERI RIUNITI S.p.A. has started the final and executive planning of the RENOVATION WORKS WITH CHANGE IN THE PURPOSE OF THE BUILDING CALLED EX BORSA MERCI.
