Green light to the selling of Abitcoop housing at the Parco dei Fiori (Modena)

Abitcoop starts selling the first two buildings in the"Parco dei Fiori" area, located East of the historic centre of Modena, at the intersection of Via Giovanni Falcone, Via Piersanti Mattarella and Via Salvo d'Acquisto. This intervention, which will be certified in Energy Class A according to the regional legislation and will follow the voluntary protocol of the South Tyrolean Energy Agency - Climate House, consists of two buildings with underground garages and a view towards the Modena hills. The inspiring principles of this intervention can be traced back to the architectural quality of the housing units, to the internal well-being from both an environmental and a visual point of view, to the earthquake safety and to the abundance of both public and private green areas, aiming at offering future residents a high-level qualitative environment". The housing units have been designed by Architect Lorenzo Lipparini from Ingegneri Riuniti.
