Ingegneri Riuniti as a guest at the Hera Facility study day

On February 14th, Ingegneri Riuniti was invited to the Hera Facility event, a day of study and confrontation focusing on the management of the building heritage of the multiutility body located in Bologna. The event was held in the conference room of the Hera Academy building in Bologna.

Specifically, through the presentation of the BIM project for the restoration and seismic improvement of the "Ospedale Estense", a former hospital in Modena, which was carried out in collaboration with Politecnica Soc. Coop., Ingegneri Riuniti was asked to describe the methodologies and procedures used, with particular attention to the management and the maintenance of the building.

The result of this presentation was a wide and constructive confrontation with the Hera technicians involved in the maintenance; it was therefore possible to highlight how it is increasingly fundamental to involve all interested stakeholders in the preliminary phase of the project concept, as well as to entrust those who manage the building with a strategic role.
