The tender procedure for Demolition and reconstruction of Body A of the San Vincenzo De’ Paoli kindergarten in Cavezzo (MO) has ended with the work being assigned to Modena’s Costruzioni Generali Due.

Ingegneri Riuniti has developed the project of improvement works by proposing technical solutions that were deemed particularly effective by the selection board, both from a technical and environmental point of view. The project was based on needs of durability and easiness of materials maintenance, to guarantee high comfort and the respect of neighbours’ needs. The "Green" orientation of Ingegneri Riuniti led to the proposition of an eco-friendly roof with high thermal insulation performance and low cost of maintenance and a “teaching garden”, thus promoting environmental integration of the new building in the context of the garden and the growth of students’ attention to the green and landscape.
