QI seminar about "The creation of environmental value for the building" held by Elisabetta Ansaloni Zivieri

On Thursday, 1st, March the QI Seminar entitled "The creation of environmental value for the building" will be held at the Innovation Campus of Peschiera Borromeo, in via Lombardia 2/A. Ten interventions will focus on the analysis of tools used to create comfort and well-being in order to support real estate investment.

Among the speakers there will also be Elisabetta Ansaloni Zivieri from Ingegneri Riuniti who anticipates her intervention on the real estate value in the suburbs as follows: "The concepts of 'comfort' and 'well-being' generally refer to the characteristics of the buildings according to their intended uses. As we have to operate in the suburbs, to the intrinsic value of the buildings we must add the value of the surroundings where they are located, which must be harmonious, not only in their appearances, but also in the way they offer the various services as far as ease of access, safety, widespread eco-compatibility and completeness of the offered services, the care of the needs of the various users/residents, the ability to achieve common objectives related to education, culture and work, by supporting a diversified and complementary development, but also as far as the management structure of the chosen area, which can guarantee its functioning and development over time and, therefore, the need to use innovative, 'intelligent', durable and easy-to-maintain materials.
