Exclusive cooperation agreement between Ingegneri Riuniti Spa and Studio Associato Pro.Tecno from Perugia

We are pleased to announce that on November, 7th, 2017, an exclusive cooperation agreement have been signed between Ingegneri Riuniti Spa and Studio Associato PRO.TECNO, based in Perugia. Engineers Marco Luchetti and Quinto Proietti, co-founders of the above mentioned group practice together with Engineer Mauro Marchi, and skilled designers of electric and mechanical installations, will work exclusively for Ingegneri Riuniti, integrating themselves into our already existing "Installations and Energy" sector. This sector, which is coordinated by our associate Giovanni Tenti, will therefore include four skilled designers, one qualified technician and one junior engineer, as well as several draughtsmen and accountants. As a further step towards the aggregation policy that Ingegneri Riuniti has been developing for a long time, the agreement achieved aims at guaranteeing our firm a more efficient positioning on the market of integrated energy services, in order to improve our production efficiency and our provided level of quality. The two professional groups' intention is to carry out a sort of organized and structured cooperation and collaboration, in the common interest, allowing us to mutually benefit from the elements of greater economic and/or operational value; our aim is to reciprocally improve our productivity, to provide our customers with complete and integrated services, to acquire new customers in already consolidated sectors and in strategic market sectors, by making use of the skills we mutually acquired during the activities carried out so far, and of the optimization of the production organization.

Moreover, the agreement allows Ingegneri Riuniti Spa to open its own premises in Perugia, where we will soon develop specific commercial and production activities for central Italy.

Marco Luchetti was born in Perugia on September, 30th, 1959, and graduated at the University of Bologna. He enrolled in the Register of Engineers of the Province of Perugia with n.° A 906 on April, 23rd, 1987 and he is a qualified Fire Engineering Designer, according to Decree Law 818/84. He is registered in the M.I. list with n.° PG0906I00221.

Quintilio Proietti was born in Popoli on May, 15th, 1962, and graduated at the University of Bologna. He enrolled in the Register of Engineers of the Province of Perugia with n.° A 1199 on April, 15th, 1993; he is registered in the M.I. list with n.° PG01199I00404. He is a qualified Coordinator for the phases of Planning and Implementation of the works as far as Safety is concerned - Decree Law 81/08 and subsequent amendments and supplements.
