
Engineers Meeting between 2017 and 2018 followed the planning and direction of the works for the construction of the new bus terminal in Nonantola located in a frieze area between Via Fossa Signora and Via Moravia.

The work was part of the investment for sustainable mobility of the Emilia Romagna Region that included possible contributions for redevelopment of local public transport stops (TPL) aimed at improving accessibility, accessibility and intermodality.

The project involved the construction of works for the mobility of vehicles and people and therefore road works with related signs, pedestrian paths, sewerage systems, public lighting, the provision of network services that will serve for the implementation of a second excerpt that will involve the execution of a building to services to be used at ticket offices, storage to be located on the northern front of the area.

2 road connections were planned and carried out on Via Fossa Signora and Via Moravia. The entrance from Via Fossa Signora is located at the intersection with Via Cesare Battisti, has a useful width of 15.50 meters while the other entrance/ exit is located on Via Moravia, has a useful width of 11 meters.

The dual entry system allows you to have a greater number of parking places and avoid large maneuvering areas for the back of the vehicles. Basically the means that will enter from Via Moravia will exit on Via Fossa Signora and vice versa.

A total of 8 parking spaces are provided for buses of the size indicated by the Mobility Agency.
