Urbanization works at the service of building works in Via Tobagi and Via Galli in Modena
The services involved the planning and direction of the works of the urbanization works functional to the building intervention to be carried out under the detailed plan of public initiative - 3 PEEP n. 24 Elementary Zone n. 50 - Area 13 (Client SARMAR S.P.A) and functional to the construction project to be carried out within the Elementary Zone n. 50 - Area 07p (Client ABITCOOP)
The area under intervention is located west of Via Ghiaroni and south of Via Tobagi and east of Via Galli so it is already surrounded by a pre-existing road system that defines exactly the boundaries of the plots. The new Via that connects Via Tobagi to Via Galli has been called Via Rostagno.
On the road fronts were built public parking spaces and pedestrian paths that allow to connect the new buildings to the surrounding areas already built.
The works planned are those typical of new urbanizations, works connected to the new road , parking spaces, pedestrian and cycling paths, green works, lighting systems of public areas, network infrastructure such as electricity networks, sewerage, water, natural gas, telephone.
