The building to be restored includes an important noble mansion-house called “Villa Boschetti”, located in San Cesario sul Panaro (MODENA), Strada della Libertà. In detail, this intervention concerns the restoration of some of the spaces on the first floor which were originally used as guest-rooms. Moreover, a lift for disabled people will be implemented, in conformity with the law, allowing them to have access to the library on first floor.
