Graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bologna on 20
July 1988, with a 94/100 grade, the title oh his degree thesis was "Separation
of paper from plastics in solid urban waste".
Obtained the scientific secondary school diploma with a 60/60 grade at
the Liceo Scientifico Wiligelmo of Modena in the school year 1980/81.
Professional qualifications
Qualified as an engineer on passing the State examination in the academic year 1988/89, and was registered in the Roll of Engineers of the province of Modena at n° 1359 on 22/01/1990.
Special certifications
Registered in the list of the subjects certified for plant safety tests
according to law n. 46/90 and D.P.R.06/12/1991 n. 447 art. 9 approved by the
Town Council of Modena with resolution n. 451 dated 14/10/1993 for the

to D.M. dated 25/03/1985).
Course about electrical plants effected under the direction of the
Engineering Faculty of the University of Modena and the general direction of
the Association of Engineers of the province of Modena.
Specialization course on safety at work for external consultants and

Professional experiences
Starts his activity in 1990 as a collaborator of Ingegneri Riuniti dealing
with supervision of methane gas networks, and with designing hydraulic and
electric works for hoisting water plants.
In the electrical sector of industrial plants he looks after the planning and supervision
of works in several transformers MT/BT and the distribution in BT in industrial complexes both
in Italy and abroad while in the thermotechnical sector he looks after the
planning and supervision of works in the following networks (gas, water,
compressed air, fire fighting and steam) used by industries as well as the
relevant heating plants.
Consequently, in the civil plant sector, he is
directly responsible both for the planning and the supervision of the
following plants: waterworks, fire fighting, heating and electrical in
public and residential complexes and looks after: conformation to current
safety standards in order to obtain the C.P.I. of n° 16 schools for the
Municipality of Modena, and general survey together with a
project of internal works and conformation to standards, all in terms of
safety, in order to obtain the C.P.I, for almost all schools in the
Municipality of Sassuolo.
Lately he has been involved again in the sector
of water and methane works by planning complete interventions on water
springs, pipes and plants within the waterworks scheme in the Apennines of
Modena area, by making complete projects related to the extension of the gas
and water networks in the Municipality of Grizzana Morandi (Bo) and in the end by
planning and supervision aimed at improving the Undergroung Services in the
Historical Centre of Nonantola (Mo).
