OUR QUALITY POLICY VISION 2000
Ingegneri Riuniti S.p.A. obtained the quality certification in compliance with regulation ISO 9001:1994 in 2001
and attained the same certification in compliance with the ‘Vision 2000' regulations in 2003.
Quality is systematically pursued by the firm and can be summed up as ‘total client satisfaction through
eliminating the need for further intervention'.
We achieve this through entrepreneurial vigour, putting all necessary resources at a clients disposal
and creating operational and procedural reference points ensuring reliability, trust
and clarity of process, continual improvement in efficiency and increased competitiveness.
In particular, the firm is using tools of the Quality Handbook, of the Procedures and the Instructions to develop the following processes:
- Methodical and recurrent checks of procedures required to attain desired goals
- Continual training of partners, collaborators and suppliers
- Control of outsourced activities
- Matching of quality policies with departmental policies present within the firm
- Ascertaining fulfilment levels for a clients' needs, requests and expectations, using specific indicators including economic and financial and managing notifications of non–conformity
- Formal 'know how', to be utilised as a lasting resource by comparing previous experiences leading to continual improvement
