RENOVATION OF VILLA BOSCHETTI IN SAN CESARIO (MODENA)
We are completing a part of the renovation and practicability of Villa Boschetti, in San Cesario sul Panaro (Modena). On next March 21st will be inagurated the XVIII century residence called, “Caffè House” which will be used as a “literary coffeehouse”.
SOLIDIFICATION OF HISTORIC WALLS CALLED “FOSSA GAZZOTTI” IN VIGNOLA (MODENA)
Completed the executive project and accomplished the competitive tender, we are having meetings with the contracting company to formalize the contract and schedule the activities preliminary to the works.
NEW SCHOOL IN CREVALCORE (BOLOGNA)
Completed the preliminary project, we’ve almost completed the definitive one for the construction of a new school complex in Crevalcore (Bologna).
RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX IN RAVARINO (MODENA)
We have completed both the executive project and the demolition of the industial buildings of the planning regulation “Ex Leoni” , today called “Green Class” section.
We’ll soon start building tre residential building for 62 flats inside the “Green Class” section, in Ravarino. All buildings will be “A class”, in compliance to the regional standard.
NEW INDUSTRIAL SHED IN SASSUOLO (MODENA)
We have completed the urgency procedure to secure and tear down a warehouse shed in Sassuolo (Modena), burnt in July 2008. We are now preparing the project for requesting the building of a new shed.
NEW GYM COMPLEX IN VIADANA (MANTOVA)
We have delivered the preliminary project, which has been approved, for the realization of a new gym for the Technical High School “San Giovanni Bosco” on behalf of the province of Mantova, in Viadana. We’re now working on the final project.
OPENING OF THE BRIDGE ON “TIEPIDO” STREAM
Between August 19th and 22nd we have completed the setting afloat of the boards on Tiepido stream. On August 30th, ahead of the program, we have re-opened the Pedemontana road near State road #12, which was closed for a month in order to allow the realization of an underground cycle lane and the lowering of the street structure of 3-4 meters.
ENERGY CERTIFICATION OF THE BUILDINGS
One of our colleagues, eng. Arianna Sala, is registered in the energetic warranter listo f ECOABITA. She and eng. Chiara Gazzadi have attended a course to learn how to use the thermograhic camera, used to analyze the thermic features of the buildings.

REALIZATION OF A 2 MW PHOTOVOLTAICS GENERATOR IN MANFREDONIA - FOGGIA
We have started in Manfredonia (Foggia) the realization of two photovoltaics fields, twins, with a power of 1 MWp. This plant will produce electric energy perfectly compatible with that produced by the Enel network, thanks to the photovoltaics conversion of the solar radiation into electric energy. The plant is “grid connected”, made up of photovoltaics modules pinned to the ground.
The plant zone, in the open country, will be suitably fenced with metal and a concrete basement.
ENLARGING THE SCHOOL HUB IN PAVULLO (MODENA)
We have completed the works relative to the enlargement of the school hub in Pavullo, already housing the ITC Cavazzi, the High School Corbelli and ITI Marconi: 1,304 square meters of classrooms, laboratories, corresponding to a total area of 2,971 square meters of services and directional spaces and a volume of 10,400 cube meters, arranged on three floors. The stylistic elements and of matter proposed are oriented towards the typical proportions of the local architecture, keeping an eye on the use of natural products and materials. The arrangement and the installations are functional to the concrete needs of the school both for the site and technical specifics, thanks to a project based on the sharing of the customer, the school management and the teachers.
FINISHED WORKS IN EX-CINEMA METROPOL
We have completed the transformation works in the ex-cinema Metropol, converting it in courtrooms for the Modena’s law court.
BRIDGE ON TIEPIDO STREAM
We have completed the variant of the pedemontana road to s.p. 467 - s.p. 569 between Fiorano and Spilamberto: we are still working on the new bridge on the Tiepido stream, where we laid two dosseret.
RENOVATION OF CASE DEI LAVORATORI SECTION
We are completing the first part of the renovation of the buildings called “Ex case dei Lavoratori” in Castelfranco Emilia, inside of the project “Programma di Riqualificazione Urbana”, funded by Regione Emilia/Romagna. Once completed the structural consolidation and most part of the external finishes for two buildings (around 2,000 square meteres) we will start the electric and thermal systems and the external finishes. The accommodation that will result will be given to needy families and elderly people living in Castelfranco Emilia.
RENOVATION AND REQUALIFICATION OF UNIVERSITY OF MANTOVA CENTRE
We have almost completed the renovation of part of the University of Mantova centre. Specifically, we are completing the new seat of the Foundation and the lecture hall in which graduations will be held, along with the Foundation Council itself. The intervention, in compliance of the characteristics of the building, has allowed to add a complex system of installation to service the offices, starting from the heating with radiating panels on the ceilings. Ingegneri Riuniti Spa has also taken care of the planning and the choosing of the furniture, according to the matter and the colors of the spaces.
COMPLETED THE RENOVATION OF CASA GRAZIOSI IN SAVIGNANO SUL PANARO
The project concerns a building dating to the XVIII century of great historic, environmental and typological value, in which was born the sculptor Giuseppe Graziosi. The building, with the outbuilding and the relevant courtyard area, will be converted into a museum and a research centre, coordinated by a Foundation with years of experience. The museum’s project and the relevant distributional and functional plan belong to the more general project of seismic strengthening, of architectural renovation and requalification, based on the development of material and those constructive techniques considered “poors”, typical of the buildings in the Emilia Romagna’s countryside.
ANTISEISMIC RESTORATION AND REQUALIFICATION OF GIOVE (VALTOPINA)
The construction yard in Valtopina, Umbria, located in the Giove outlying, heavily damaged by 1997 hearthquakes, is continuing its works of antiseismic restoration and requalification. This A-class center, with a very high historic value, includes three heavily damaged building blocks. The project develops the general orientations contained in the Recovery Intervention Plan elaborated by Ingegneri Riuniti SpA itself. As today, several structural works and part of outside trimmings have been completed; now, work has started on internal trimmings completion and systems installation.
RESTORATION OF " CASA FERRI"
….So, it’s possible to create quality products at relatively low prices! In this intervention, performed on ALER and Castelfranco Emilia town mandate, it has been possible to create a quality environment for poor people with a careful executive design, favoring not just their housing need, one of their primary ones, but also improving their social situation. This is a great acknowledgement, considering the building was already heavily degraded with tremendous risks of collapsing.
NEW OFFICES BUILDING FOR ADESITAL SpA
The restoration intervention of Adesital SpA offices building has been completed. Works have been made on the structure located on the eastern end of the property, turning it from showcase and sales building to offices department, keeping the other productive and storing areas in the adjacent buildings.
URBAN REQUALIFACTION INTERVENTION IN S.CESARIO SUL PANARO (MO) CITY CENTRE
Requalification of Corso Libertà, in San Cesario sul Panaro city centre, is completed. Sewer, electric, gas and water systems are fully realized, alongside public lighting. The intervention allowed to remove aerial wires that disfigure building places at both sides of the street. Even the main square, through a new sandstone flooring, recovered its historic look and citizens now use it again as a meeting and socialization place.
RESTORATION OF VILLA BOSCHETTI IN SAN CESARIO SUL PANARO (MO)
The restoration intervention of the “Ex Foresteria” halls inside Villa Boschetti in San Cesario sul Panaro is getting close to its end. The intervention is just a small part of the global restoration program of the villa, allowing expansion of the first floor library. The room will be divided in several halls dedicated to the digital research of books and magazines, movie screenings and Internet navigation. The project restored trimmings and décors to their original forms, but at the same time, through the use of drywall ”totems” at every room’s corner, ensures the availability of the systems needed for the modern consulting and reading procedures
URBANIZATION WORKS FOLLOWING THE DETAILED PLAN "SALVO D'ACQUISTO EST" IN MODENA
Realization of urbanization works related to the Detailed Private Operational Plan named “Salvo d’Acquisto Est” in Modena.
Ingegneri Riuniti S.p.a. will design the project, but it’s also going to direct construction and building of every infrastructure needed for the new settlements
DESIGNING A NEW SCHOOL POLE IN CREVALCORE (BO)
This project consists in building a new child school with 9 classes, for a maximum of 270 children and an adjacent kindergarten with 3 classes for a maximum of 60 children. The plan also includes an entertainment and game center for children accompanied by adults with a minimum 200 m2 surface and spaces dedicated to recreation activities and free game, but also an hall just for parents. Functional layout is based on “miniature city” concept, where corridors are “streets” crossed by gardens and squares assigned to several different activities, with a “main square” for parties and events. Each class, with its color and drawings, is a house along the street. The building is considered B-type following SACERT parameters and it uses bio-ecologic materials and systems, from geothermic probes for heating and refreshing to Naturklima radiant floors and star-distribution with bio-switches for the electric system.
RESTORATION OF SANT'ANNA CHILD SCHOOL IN SASSUOLO (MO) COMPLETED
The building, now used as child school, was built in 1610 after Father Girolamo da Forlì suggested to buy some land at the edge of the city to build an “Hospital”. This building received, during the years, several restoration and expansion interventions, making it very difficult to find out the original structure. That is the reason why the restoration intervention had its goal in restoring old openings, valorizing internal corridors and hallways with very few changes to the original structure, taking old décors back to light and the building’s own old soul. The intervention fixed each system with particular care and studied the most appropriate courses to avoid damaging the walls with traces and cracks, ensuring a reduced intrusive character.
RESTORATION OF MONTECUCCOLO PAVULLO (MO) CASTLE COMPLETED
The Montecuccolo castle restoration project, with its various excerpts, continued for 25 years. In the last few years, Ingegneri Riuniti took care of the building’s restoration, working on a big part of it, with a very precise goal: removing inadequate interventions performed in past years to take the whole settlement to its original form. This objective has been pursued recovering each space and taking it back to its ancient size, saving the most important architectural, decorative and structural elements, but also completing trimmings using appropriate materials and systems.
