PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
A deep knowledge of the regulations regarding public works, both national and local, allows us to offer Public Administrations a complete service, including consulting, design, work supervision, safety coordination, together with technical support for the tasks that must be carried out by the Technical Bureaus of the contracting administrations and specifically by the Responsible of Procedures. This includes preparing all the documents that must be sent to the Authority for Public Works, producing estimate and final expenditure plans, defining the right of way and expropriation papers all the way to the notarial deed, the necessary parcelling out, transfers and cadastral registrations, opening and perfectioning documents to get permits and authorizations from bodies owning streets, drainage canals, rivers, oil and methane pipelines, electric and telephone lines, railways etc., handling the sums available for the administrations.
Our thirty years of experience in the field grants us knowledge of the different kinds of public works, allowing us to offer to Public Administrations qualified consulting to help define the three-year plans for public works, in particular for:
- Including building projects – depending on priority – and in particular extraordinary repairs, recovery of the existing heritage, adjustment and completion of works, final designs that have to be approved, projects financed mainly by public intervention;
- Preparing feasibility studies for work amounting to less than 1.000.000 euros or for preliminary projects, also for subsequent allotments, for work amounting to more than 1.000.000 euros, aiming to include those projects in the Administration's Triennial Plan for Public Works;
- Elaborating preliminary and final projects for approval and subsequent statement of public interest, non-delay and urgency (emergency expropriations and occupations, insertion in specific financing regulations, urban planning opportunities, etc.);
- Rearranging projects already included in the Public Works Program, on occasion of deadlines for variations in the Investment Balance;
- (Project Financing): Including in the Triennial Plan for Public Works (before the deadlines of each annuity) intervention proposals and feasibility studies;
- Final designs;
- Work supervision and accounting;
- Safety Coordination during the planning and in course of execution (D. L. 494/96);
- Technical–functional tests, assistance for possible technical-administrative tests;
- Fire-prevention certificates;
- Checking the buildings' condition, preparing the Maintenance Plan and the building books;
- Checking the functioning of inside and outside equipment (streets, car parks, sewers, lighting, data networks, electric networks, methane and drinking water networks, other technological networks, inside electrical systems, sanitary fixtures, heating systems etc..) and preparing the Maintenance Plan.
