ENTERPRISES THAT DISTRIBUTE METHANE AND WATERS
The whole scope of technical activities needed for the construction, management and maintenance of any activity, both in Italy and abroad.
For the construction of new units: all the above–said activities and those regarding the most basic production activities.
For the management and maintenance of existing units:
- Check of the transport capacity of the water and methane distribution networks, in order to determine whether to accept or not new connection requests; creation of a mathematical computer model, able to represent the real situation of the network in any supply condition, and thus to help determine the most effective, or convenient, solution; interfacing of the mathematical model with the users' database and with the topological map of the network; design of the intervention;
- Examination of the first matter supplying contracts, in order to minimize costs; search for new suppliers and definition of the supplying contracts;
- Test of the draining capacity of the sewage networks, including surveying; possible use of a mathematical model representing the system's behaviour in the heaviest load conditions, picking out the interventions that will allow optimum efficiency, even in case of heavier loads or of expansion of the territory that is built and made waterproof; design of the interventions;
- Formulation of a programmed Maintenance Plan of the networks, decompression and measurement equipment, hoisting apparatus, meters, cathodic protections, purification plants, etc..;
- Check-up of the administrative management, with verification of the validity of the prices, adjustment to new tariff systems, tariff–sustained investment plans, consumption rules and contracts, relations with clients, etc;
- Drafting of staff reorganization studies, depending on tariff compensation and client satisfaction;
- Consulting as regards the application of liberalization laws in methane and water fields.
